The site formerly contained a two-story block of two houses. The buildings have since been demolished and replaced with a new residential development. The 1973 survey describes the northwest front as being arranged in three bays. The outer bays featured twin first-floor and ground-floor double-hung windows with horizontal astragal glazing and segmental arch heads, each with a drip moulding. The ground-floor level included an oriel window with a pitched metal roof, matching eaves, and double-hung windows with horizontal astragal glazing. The central bay contained two first-floor double-hung windows with horizontal astragal glazing. Below this, two sets of twin ground-floor windows were framed by pilaster jambs and mullions, set beneath an entablature with a dentilled cornice hood and blocking. A raised apron extended to the sill, with the left-hand windows mirroring the entablature. The northeast and southwest ends featured similar gables and windows, with a projecting entrance doorway featuring a segmental arch head, a plain fanlight, and a panelled door. Jointed pilaster piers flanked the entrance. A segmental arch recess was present on the side face of the porch, incorporating an upper fanlight and a decorative panel bearing a monogram. The buildings were rendered, lined, and painted, featuring modelled eaves, quoins, and a modelled base. The roof was slated and gabled, with modelled bargeboards. Rendered chimneys were also present. The northwest front measured approximately 65 feet in width. The buildings were in fair condition at the time of the 1973 survey, with some building work in progress.
