Priory Wood is a one-and-a-half-storey stone house built in the 1930s, situated off Church Road on the outskirts of Holywood. The house is loosely designed in the Arts and Crafts style. It has been modified and refurbished recently, and a large extension has been added to the front. The building is not considered to be of special interest and has not been formally listed. A partial survey of the building has been undertaken.
