This is a pair of two-storey stucco villas dating to the late nineteenth century, situated off Church Road in Holywood. The pair has undergone substantial alterations. One villa is currently undergoing substantial refurbishment, while the other is now used as a children’s day care centre (Merdyn Day Nursery). Due to the considerable alterations, no special architectural or historical interest remains.
