Description

Formerly a pair of detached late-Victorian houses, built around three bays and two storeys, arranged symmetrically on Demesne Road in Holywood. The house to the west has been demolished, leaving a gap site. The remaining house to the east has an inappropriate modern two-storey extension. Aside from the loss of its pair, the house is a typical example of its late Victorian date and is not considered outstanding.
