This is a terrace of three two-storey houses built in the mid-nineteenth century on Demesne Road, near the centre of Holywood. The design and proportions of the terrace have been altered by later modifications and extensions, resulting in a loss of original character and the integrity of the group. Consequently, the terrace is not considered to be a particularly notable example of its type within the area. The building is designated as a Grade D1 Record Only. It is not listed, has no specific architectural or historical interest, and the record is based on a partial survey.
