Description

This is a terrace of three two-storey-with-attic houses built in the late-nineteenth century. They are situated on Downshire Road, close to Holywood town centre. Two of the houses have been significantly altered, featuring inappropriate paired dormers and replacement windows. The overall integrity of the terrace has been compromised, and as a result, it does not meet the criteria for listing. This record is for information only, as the terrace is not listed, and no architectural or historical interest has been identified. A partial survey was undertaken.
