The property at 16 Ballyharvey Road, Muckamore, comprises a group of buildings primarily dating to the early 19th century. Although possessing limited architectural interest and having undergone significant alteration and modernization, they retain some historical significance.

The buildings are constructed of rubble stone with rendered finishes. The group includes a two-storey house with attached one-storey outbuildings. The house has a red tiled roof and modern rectangular PVC windows, with red brick chimneys. A lower wing projects to the west, featuring a slated roof. The outbuildings have asbestos slates to their roofs.

The original entrance to the eastern outbuilding has been removed and replaced with a rectangular opening framed in concrete, now containing modern flush timber doors. Other windows in this section retain decorative smooth cement-rendered surrounds, but are infilled with corrugated iron. Chimneys are of red brick, and rainwater goods are a mix of cast iron and PVC.

According to early surveys, the east-facing outbuilding formerly featured a square entrance with a quatrefoil ornament, flanked by twelve-pane windows. The hall within was vaulted. Buildings are visible on the Ordnance Survey map of 1832, with the arrangement largely as it exists today appearing on the 1857 Ordnance Survey map. The date of construction is estimated to be between 1840 and 1859. The property was formerly used as a house and remains in private ownership for residential use.
