This is a roughly 1800 to 1819 built, one-and-a-half storey, three-bay house located on Ballyarnott Road, Muckamore. It is a rendered building that has undergone extensive modernisation. Originally described in a 1972 survey as a roughcast house with a panelled front door flanked by full-height sidelights rising to a four-pane fanlight, the building now has wet-dashed walls, painted white, on a smooth rendered plinth. The roof is of concrete tiles with three modern, flush rooflights facing the entrance front. There is one rendered chimney on each gable, incorporated into the walling. Rectangular timber windows, featuring fixed lights with top-hung vents, are in stained hardwood. A main entrance is constructed in a style and materials similar to the windows. The property stands in a rural location facing the public road, but is set back within its own garden and approached by a tarmac driveway from a rustic brick gatescreen. The building was comprehensively modernised between the 1980s and 1990s. The building appears on the Ordnance Survey map of 1832-3.
