GV II

Cottage. C18 origins. Rubble with Ham stone ashlar dressings; thatched roof between coped gables, with artificial stone slates to lean-to on East side. 2-storeys, 1-bay, with single-storey 2-bay extension on East. Hollow recessed chamfered 2-arched light window without label, having vertical iron bar behind small-pane metal casements; modern french doors to right, with C20 casement windows above and to extension. Long outshut to North side. Interior not seen. Attached on North and East sides to Hymerford House (qv).
