Description
Oddfallings is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from ham stone rubble and features a thatched roof with coped gables, along with brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and is divided into four bays. The windows are casement style with two lights, all featuring 4-centre-arched heads with 'Y'-tracery and ovolo-moulding, enhanced with 20th-century ornamental leading. The upper windows are set into swept thatched dormers, while the lower windows have brick-lined arches. In the third bay on the lower level, there is a pair of boarded doors set into a matching opening. Additionally, there is an older pattern leaded casement window on the lower level of the north gable, and a lean-to garage is attached to the rear northeast corner. The interior has not been seen.
