Description

By The Way is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It features a rendered and colourwashed exterior with a thatched roof and end-rendered stacks. The building is single storey with an attic and consists of three bays. It has 2-light casements from the 19th and 20th centuries, which include glazing bars. The eaves rise over the first-floor windows to create eyebrow shapes. The entrance has a door opening with paired half-glazed doors.
