Two houses, built around 1820, located on High Street in Chard. They are constructed of stucco with a slate roof and feature a central brick chimney. The houses have a double-depth plan and stand two storeys tall, with a two-window range. Each house has a recessed six-panel door on the right and left, and all windows are 8/8-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the houses are iron spearhead railings with working gates, set against brick walls.
