Description

Nos 12 to 15 on Park Street are the surviving west end of a terrace on the south side of the street. The building features a rounded corner leading into Compass Hill and stands three storeys tall, constructed of yellow brick with slate roofs and eaves. Each house has two sash windows with glazing bars, while No 14 has four windows with painted window spaces. The corner of the block has curved sashes, and the ground floor includes small canted bays with three lights each. The doorways are round-headed with one recessed order and feature six-panel doors. This group of buildings is listed together with Nos 2 to 18 (even) on Wellington Road.
