Description

No. 6 is a building that possibly dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It has two storeys plus attics and is constructed of colourwashed brick, with the ground floor rendered. The building features a cornice and a low parapet, topped by a mansard roof covered in pantiles, which includes two dormers. There are two windows on the front, with a thick sill band above the first-floor windows, which are set in round-headed recesses that have hoodmoulds. The windows are surrounded by architraves and have sashes with glazing bars. To the right, there is a 19th-century double shop front, and to the left, a round-headed doorway with double three-panel doors. Nos. 1 to 6 form a group.
