Description

Lilac Cottage is a 3-storey building from the 18th century, constructed of brick and situated below road level at an angle. The front features three sash windows with wide flush frames and no glazing bars, adorned with stone or stucco keystones and voussoirs. The entrance has a doorcase topped with an open pediment. Attached to the right side of the front is a 2-storey roughcast range. The property is enclosed by spiked railings along the street, with a gate and steps leading down.
