Description

The gatepiers and gates at Grove Lodge are a notable example of 18th-century wrought-iron work, although the gates were brought from another location. They feature new brick gatepiers and double gates adorned with scroll and spike motifs. An elaborate overthrow showcases intricate foliage and scrollwork. These structures, along with Grove Lodge and Wilton Lodge on Trull Road, form a cohesive architectural group.
