Description

The Lilacs comprise a pair of early to mid-19th century, two-storey houses built of brown brick. The houses feature a wall treatment of recessed panels and have low-pitched slate roofs with wide eaves supported by wooden brackets. The windows are sash windows with thin glazing bars, and the ground floor incorporates splayed bays projecting from the front. Doorways are set back to the left and right. Number 16 has a modern extension to the left of the front elevation. Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group with the listed buildings in Park Street, with the exception of St Paul's House.
