Description

A barn, likely dating from the 18th century, stands on the roadside behind Row Farm House (which is in separate ownership). The barn is constructed of random rubble with a double-Roman tile roof. It is rectangular in shape. The road-facing side has two hayloft doors and a central doorway, all with plank doors secured by iron strap hinges. The doorway is set within a chamfered wooden frame. There is a breather to each gable face. The barn is the most prominent building within the farmyard group and is included on the heritage register primarily for its contribution to the group value alongside Row Farm House and Sunnyside Farmhouse.
