Description

Elm Tree Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse. It is built with roughcast and colourwashed walls, and has a pantiled roof with coped verges and brick end stacks. The house has two storeys and three bays. It features 16-pane sash windows, except for the central window on the first floor, which has 12 panes. The central door opening has a semi-circular head, a six-panelled door with the top four panels glazed, a Gothick fanlight, and a tiled gabled hood supported by polygonal cast-iron brackets.
