Description

Two gate piers and the south-east boundary wall at Fitzhead Court date from the early 19th century. The wall is constructed of red sandstone random rubble, standing about 3 metres high and extending 35 metres in length. It features added buttresses at intervals, which are slightly angled to follow the road line, and an ogee-headed doorway at the south end. At the north end, there are squared ashlar gate piers.
