Render to imitate stucco, moulded plinth, Welsh slate roof, overhanging eaves with soffit board, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, sashes with glazing bars and rusticated voussoirs, french windows on ground floor to verandah; wooden structure with 4-centred arcade and original lead canopy continuing along right return elevation, similar fenestration. Farm buildings at rear not included.
