Description
The property at 17 Golden Hill is a dwelling house dating to around 1700, with an addition from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered material, has a slate roof, and brick stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. It features irregularly positioned casement windows and a centrally placed front door. A lean-to extension is present at the rear. Two ground floor rooms contain open fireplaces with large wooden lintels; remnants of a stair bay are visible in the left-hand room.
