Description

Hill House is an early 19th-century house featuring an ashlar frontage with a rubble core and rusticated quoins. The building has a first-floor band, a moulded cornice, and a parapet with plain coping, topped by an asbestos slate roof with coped verges and ashlar stacks. It is three storeys high and has a symmetrical garden frontage with three bays. The windows are sash with glazing bars, and there are louvred shutters on the ground floor. A central half-glazed door leads to a verandah supported by cast-iron at the rear. Inside, there is a notable staircase and window shutters.
