Cottage. Late C18. Local lias stone cut and squared; hipped clay pantiled roof; stone chimney stack. 2 storeys, 1 bay. On south elevation a 2-light Gothic traceried casement window at each level, with single matching window to lower east side; on west elevation horizontal-bar casement windows and a boarded door: on the north west corner the bolection moulded jamb of a former doorway. Interior not seen. 5 metres to west a garden pump, with cast iron pillar, spout and handle. Forms good grouping with The Court (qv).
