It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a thatched roof featuring coped gables and stone intermediate chimney stacks. The cottage has two storeys and a four-bay south elevation, which includes cross-glazed casement windows. There is a boarded entrance door located between the second and third bays, sheltered by a thatched hood. Additionally, there is a lean-to on the east gable and a small flat-roofed bay window on the west gable. The interior has not been seen.
