Description
Chapel Farmhouse is a detached cottage, likely built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from locally sourced lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a thatched roof featuring plain gables and brick chimney stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and consists of two bays. On the ground floor, there are plain sash windows with boxes that are set flush, each covered by timber hoods and lintels. The upper floor features two-light horizontal bar casement windows. Between the bays, there is a boarded door with a glazed panel, which is set within an open porch that has weatherboarding and a corrugated iron roof. There is a later outshut at the rear of the building. The interior has not been observed.
