Description

No. 11 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features roughcast over a rubble base and has a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and a soffit board. A tall brick chimney rises from the left side of the eaves. The house has a double pile plan and is two stories high with three bays. The windows are 16-pane sash windows, except for the center window on the first floor, which is a 12-pane sash window located above a 20th-century plank door that is part-glazed and has a pentice hood porch. The right return of the house has a similar arrangement of two bays and fenestration.
