Description
Pethericks is a house in a row that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and was modified in the 20th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed over rubble, topped with a Welsh slate roof that has no visible stack.
The exterior features two storeys with an attic and consists of two bays. There is a plinth and plain sash windows in plain openings. To the left of center in the first bay, there is a six-panel door with a rectangular transom light in a plain opening. The building also has 20th-century flat-roofed dormers with casement windows and lead checks.
Although it has been altered in the 20th century, there is enough 19th-century fabric remaining to give it significance for the townscape. The interior has not been inspected.
