Description
Bridge Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of local stone that is cut and squared, with Ham stone dressings. The roof features Bridgwater patent triple angle tiles and has coped gables, with brick chimney stacks at either end. The building is two stories high and has three bays, along with a lean-to on the west gable.
The windows are three-light with beaded architraved and mullioned surrounds, and they have simple horizontal bar casements inserted. The entrance door, located in the second bay, is plain boarded and set within an architraved surround. This door is protected by a timbered and slated porch. There is a similar door and porch on the lean-to, as well as a casement window.
