Description
Odcombe Rectory is an early 18th-century building that has been modified over time. It features a façade made of ham stone ashlar, with coursed rubble on the sides and rear. The roof is steeply pitched and hipped, covered with Welsh slate, and there are brick and stone chimney stacks at the rear. The rectory is two storeys high and has seven bays. Notable architectural details include a plinth, an eaves course, and rusticated quoins. The windows are cruciform pattern mullioned and transomed casements set in plain architraves, with the lower windows grouped under hoods that have a pulvinated base mould. There is a later projecting stone porch with a timber eaves course and a flat roof, featuring steel French outer doors. A 19th-century extension is located on the west side. The interior has not been seen.
