Description
This is an early 19th-century house at the end of a row, located on Chapel Hill in Odcombe. It is built of Ham stone ashlar, with a double Roman clay tiled roof concealed behind high stepped coped gables, suggesting that the roof was formerly thatched. A brick chimney stack is at one end. The house has two storeys and a single bay. It features a prominent eaves course with chamfered mullioned windows containing horizontal bar casements. A mid-20th century part-glazed door sits to the right, sheltered by a timber and tiled open porch. A rear extension has been added. The interior has not been inspected. The house is primarily listed for its group value with numbers 5 and 7 Chapel Hill, which are located to the east.
