Description

22 High Street is a mid-18th century building that is part of the Sheppard Estate development. It stands 2½ storeys tall and is constructed from coursed local rubble, topped with a modern Roman tile roof. The building features a central dormer that includes a glazing bar sash window. There are three late sash windows in raised surrounds with ogee outer moulding. The central doorway has a similar surround and is fitted with a six-panel door. Inside, there is a half-panelled hall.
