Description

This is a barn dating from the late 18th century, located on the roadside opposite Stratton House. It is constructed of rubble with dressed quoins and features coped verges and a double-Roman tiled roof. The barn has a rectangular plan, with the main entrance facing the road. This entrance includes a broad segmental-headed opening framed in freestone, with paired metal-sheeting doors. On the first floor, there are two boarded windows also set in freestone surrounds. To the left of the first floor, there is a wrought-iron lampholder.
