Description
Holly House is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with freestone dressings, featuring alternating quoins, coped verges, and brick stacks, topped with a triple-Roman tiled roof. The house has a symmetrical frontage with two storeys and an attic, consisting of three bays. It has 12-pane sash windows set in moulded architraves, and the centre of the first floor features a large Venetian window, which has been reduced to a single-light with the side-lights blocked and includes radiating glazing bars. The window to the right on the ground floor was recently altered in May 1986 with a non-conforming casement. There is an out shut set-back on the left side of the building.
