Description
The Old Manor is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th century, with early 19th-century alterations. It features a rendered and colourwashed exterior, topped with a triple-roman tile roof and three rendered chimney stacks, along with coped verges. The building has a cross passage plan and stands two storeys high with three bays. The windows are predominantly three-light casements, with a four-light casement located to the left of the ground floor. There is a door opening to the right, which features a Gothic ribbed door with small glazed panels, and a 20th-century gabled porch with a double-roman tile roof.
Inside, the centre room on the ground floor has a moulded cross-beamed ceiling, and each ground floor room is equipped with an inglenook fireplace supported by broad wooden bressuaers. The first floor includes a stud and panel partition that divides two rooms.
