Description
The east boundary wall to Tintinhull Court, located on St Margaret's Road, dates from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from cut and squared Ham stone with ashlar dressings. The wall stands approximately 3.5 meters high and features thin copings. The east gateway is marked by plain ashlar piers, plain plinths, and bell-hip caps. The gates, likely from the 20th century, have plain pointed rails at the base, a plain middle rail, and scrollwork at the tops, along with small matching side panels. This structure is a significant part of the setting for Tintinhull Court and the village green.
