PYLEIGH 2/182 Well Head at ST128 307

Well head. C18. Red sandstone random rubble masonry. Opening about one metre high, set into bank. Semi-circular recess, stone lintel and partially damaged flat sill below over which water flows into a small stream. Partially obscured by undergrowth at time of resurvey (May 1983).
