Description

Yew Tree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1650. It is constructed from Doulting rubble and features a plain tile roof with end brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical facade and is designed as a lobby entrance house. It stands two storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor includes four-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows with stopped labels above, while the upper floor has similar three-light openings. The central door opening contains double 20th-century glazed doors. There is a pent roofed outshut on the left side with a recessed door opening and a plank door. Additionally, there is a further 20th-century gabled block at the rear.
