Description

This is a tablet dedicated to the Rogers family, located 10 metres north of the chancel in the churchyard of the Church of St John the Baptist. The tablet features the earliest inscription from 1658, commemorating Alice Rogers. It is made of dressed stone and has chamfered corners. On the east side, there are three semi-circular headed niches that contain incised inscriptions, with leaf decoration positioned above them.
