Description

Lipyeate Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse. It has roughcast exterior walls, a concrete tile roof with coped verges, and brick stacks at each end. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays, with three-light stone mullioned windows. A gabled porch, built in the 19th or 20th century, provides access and has a half-glazed inner door.
