Cottage. C17. Rendered over rubble, thatched roof half hipped to left, rendered stack right. One and a half storeys, irregularly placed fenestration, 3- and 4-light mullioned windows, with three half dormers, outer bay left projects forward slightly and has small cross window on ground floor only. Centrally placed C20 door with C20 porch, lean-to roof. Outshut at rear, large external stack on right return elevation at rear of outshut with tall brick chimney.
