This is an early 19th-century building, originally a double-fronted house, now occupied by the National Westminster Bank. The front is stuccoed with a slate roof, ridge tiles, and coped gables, featuring brick end chimney stacks. It has two storeys and two windows, with sashes containing glazing bars. A central, semi-circular niche contains a vase. Recessed panels are positioned above the first-floor windows. Moulded eaves cornices and quoin stones are present. A Tuscan porch has a segmental arch with a small gable above. The round-headed doorway has a traceried fanlight, and a panelled door.
