Description

Esplanade House is a late 18th-century house of stucco construction with slate roofs and brick chimney stacks. It has a two-storey, L-shaped plan. The front façade, facing The Esplanade, has three window bays, with sash windows containing glazing bars. Each window is topped by a flat arch with projecting keystones and voussoirs. Quoins and pilasters are present. A return wing facing the garden also has a three-window elevation, and a central doorway.
