Description

No 20, known as Courts, is a low two-storey building with a whitewashed brick front, possibly dating from the early 19th century. It features a plain parapet with capping and a slate roof. The building has two sash windows with thin glazing bars. A later 19th-century double shop front is partly concealed by a modern fascia and includes panelled pilasters and colonettes with capitals and bases. The entrance is located to the left, with the shop front extending across No 18 on the left. This building is included for its group value with Nos 18, 20, The Vintage Public House, and No 24.
