Description
This cottage, located to the south of Ringwell Cottage, dates from the early 18th century and is currently used as lock-up garages on the ground floor. It is constructed of random rubble stone, which has been colourwashed. The building features a double Roman clay tile gabled roof with a three-stage rubble stone chimney stack on the left gable. The cottage is two stories high and has a three-window front. The ground floor has 20th-century double doors leading to the garages, while the upper floor showcases two-light, moulded stone mullion windows. A weathered string course at first floor level extends across to the adjoining cottage. There is also a plaque inscribed with the date 1.6 1330.
