Description

This is a red brick wall that runs east from the rear of No 14 and the Dragon Book Shop on Corporation Street. It stands approximately 6 to 7 feet high and features a moulded datestone set at the top, located about halfway between No 14 and No 13, with the inscription "w I M 1694." The wall has a blocked elliptical headed archway towards the east end, and at this end, the wall has been refaced on the exterior, which includes a large elliptical carriage arch and a lower pedestrian entrance. This brick wall, along with No 14 and the Dragon Book Shop, forms a group with the listed buildings in the Crescent.
