2 storey early C19 red brick front. 3 windows, central opening on to 1st floor balcony. Voussoirs in stucco to window heads. Sashes with glazing bars to each side. Tuscan porch with iron balustrade to parapet. Doorway with architrave surround, 6-panel door.

All the listed buildings (except No 14 and the Dragon Book Shop and Wall) in Bath Place and Corporation Street form a group.
