Description

This is a wall enclosing the garden of No 49 (Mall House) on its east side, dating from the 18th to 19th century. The wall is constructed of red brick, featuring alternating red brick and grey headers, and has a brick capping. It extends south to No 3 The Mall. About a third of the way along its length, there is a pair of double wooden boarded doors, flanked by a pair of brick gate piers topped with stone capping. The wall, along with Nos 49 (Mall House), No 50 (Wreights House), and the stables to Wreights House, forms a group.
