Description
Beacon Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Bolter's Lane in Doulting. The building is rendered with a double-span slate roof featuring coped verges and brick stacks. It stands two storeys tall with a basement and has four bays. The windows are 2-light stone-mullioned with casements, and the basement also has two similar windows. The central door opening is framed by a gabled porch with a finial and features a 19th-century half-glazed door with a four-centred outer door opening. The farmhouse is part of an enclosure landscape that was formed in the 18th century.
