Description

The gates, gate piers, and flanking walls to Rockfield House were built around 1805. They feature a pair of panelled Doulting ashlar piers topped with moulded cappings, which support wrought iron gates. To the right, there is a curved and ramped ashlar wall that extends one metre, topped with flat coping. On the left, a similar wall continues as a rubble wall with rough coping, stretching for 175 metres along Horn Street.
